Home Nudist - We received an interesting question another day within an e-mail about going naked on one's own property. nude beach couples thought I would share my response and also share this with the community to get others' ideas on this too!
Here's what the email said (it was from a man):
"I am most comfortable while unclothed, [my wife], not so much. We have a substantial and somewhat private property. Options? Carry a wrapping. ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/aa-naturist/beach-porn.html on my property.) Approach the visitor? Actually don't mind being seen unclothed, merely would enjoy a proper answer when it happens."
My answer:
"Well, it's a good question about etiquette.
Home Nudist
It's difficult to predict how any visitor will respond, although I guess that can rely on how well your visitors know you! haha. You could simply approach them nude and then set something on if they appear to be uncomfortable. If you know the person approaching is uncomfortable with it, you then could go and fetch something to put on, asking them to wait while you go catch something. enjoying nudist can always look away for the time being.
That would seem less clumsy compared to the 'run and hide,' which I will picture also resulting in paranoia, where you'd always feel like you have to be on guard, on your own property. And it gives the impression which you're doing something wrong / black, which you are not, as there's nothing wrong with hanging out nude at home. If you act composed and casual about it, then which will help show them that it is not a big deal. You'll be able to tell them you only like to be nude because it's more comfy.
You could also put up a sign on your own property that says something like, 'you're entering a clothes-optional zone.' "

What does one think? If you're a home nudist, what can you do when an unexpected visitor catches you by surprise?
Incidentally, here we are referring to visitors showing up on private property, but you might be wondering about the legality of being nude in your backyard in case you are visible to neighbors / passers-by. It actually varies by state, therefore it is wise to look up your local nudity laws. In some (or most?) states it's legal so long as you have a fence around you or other impediment.

Polish Naturism - A Nudist In Poland
Sooner or later over pizza, during a discussion concerning personal relationships, Gosia looked away into the distance and sighed heavily. The statement was simple. https://s3.amazonaws.com/aa-naturist/beach-blondes.html . More than once Gosia had discussed a feeling of the heavy unhappiness house within her. https://s3.amazonaws.com/aa-naturist/young-nudist.html had all been vague.
After that Sunday, after the potatoes had been roasted in the fire, Darek and I followed Gosia and a buddy of hers up to the gazebo. The first thing she did was brag about the imaginative device she had come up with for the grill. It was a pulley.
Three rods that held it in place moved within three sleeves attached to the hearth. Gosia warned me before I took hold of the pulley that the sleeves were too short. I was not allowed to let the poles come out or there would be hell to pay for getting all three rods back where they were meant to be.
The warning was promptly dismissed. Gosia laughed. She reminisced about the time such a thing had happened when the grill was hot. With drunkenness in the mixture it hadn't been a pretty scene.

Gosia remembered too, with fondness, the days in winter when she and her guests had gone sledding down the hillside on inner tubes. For some reason she thought I hadn't understood the Polish word for inner tube. It took more than several laughs to clear that up.
Gosia's good spirits didn't last. Back at the home, the atmosphere turned miserable. Gosia started discussing in detail the many encounters she had been forced to suffer at the hands of the Polish media.
When https://s3.amazonaws.com/aa-naturist/bbw-nudist.html showed up she turned out to be very uneasy with nudity and naturism. Collectively they attempted to convince Gosia to agree to a documentary film which they desired to sell to HBO. In the story treatment she was given, Gosia read about her life as a traditional Polish mom waking up early in the morning to make breakfast for her three kids. It made her ill.
Gosia tried to describe how difficult it is to be a naturist in a nation that has little comprehension of the word. Folks don't desire to comprehend.
They would like to cling to their own stereotypes or biases or accept at face value the moronic sensationalism that some jackanape is all too willing to provide them. At one point during a radio interview, when the host kept inquiring Gosia what her husband thought about her prancing around nude, she responded bluntly, I'm divorced. Do you understand? I am a divorcee, and hung up the phone.
The first time I heard the story about the radio interview I believed the line about Gosia being divorced was perhaps a joke. I thought it might have been something she said to get the interviewer off her back. I was wrong.

Was nudism "out of fashion" as my sister suggested? Who could prefer clothing if they were free to be without? Within my dreams the resort was split in two: on one side there were school age students splashing around, all in bathing suits, and on the other, naked bodies deformed by age.
Where were the younger nudists?
Outsider or no, I adored the area enough to buy a yearly membership, and came to find a fundamental part of nudism: volleyball. As any accurate nudist will let you know, volleyball is essential! And the best part is, playing against individuals three times my age, I was not too bad! That was until I met a twelve year old girl named Britney.
Clothed or not, I 'd never trust my daughter with some twenty year-old stranger, but I figure her parents could see an innocence in me. Britney was born at the resort, and I was happy to have met her.
She was smart and well adjusted, not to mention athletic, and unlike my "Brady Bunch" family revealed no signs of neurosis, despite her nudist upbringing. But her difficulty was the same as mine. There were just too few folks her age. I later tried beginning a Naturist Club at USF, hanging fliers around campus and making a web site, but nobody responded.

Even on the islands, I'd never seen such a parade of body types, and it made me realize how impoverished our society's definitions were. Nicole came to spend the week with her sister and husband, which looked a bit strange, since Paradise Lakes was advertised as an intimate escape. If not for me, she'd have experienced no one her age to speak to. Unexpectedly, she had never been to a nudist site before and yet couldn't have appeared more comfortable in her skin. We did everything together-even canoeing within an alligator-infested lake-then reluctantly put our clothes on for dinner and a film, which was strangely opposite the norm, understanding how we appeared naked but not dressed!
Naturally, I found her much more amazing with nothing on. When we returned from There's Something About Mary, we're able ton't wait to take our clothes off so we could go back to her room and . . . play Scrabble. Yes. That's all we did. Did sex cross our minds? I think so. But neither one of us needed a meaningless fling. Sadly, she went back to New Jersey each day and I never saw her again.
Those early college days were some of my most joyful. I recall spending time at Paradise between classes, and once came late to Ancient History, my clothing sticking to my still-wet body; which is ironic, considering how I used to come wet and late to class for not becoming nude. But having a key continued to gnaw at me. I understood that to be entirely free, everyone needed to know, including my parents.

American Values Gone Awry ?
For those who might not be conscious I would like to take this chance to do a little rant. In the U.S., there are many laws that protect people and allow them to express themselves. I talked about that in depth in an earlier post entitled, "Censored Nude Bodies," so I will not go into that again.
I think I speak for most folks once I say that the KKK is an evil organization that discriminates and thrives on hate.
I think most people would also concur that in and of itself, the naked body is natural.
America Values - Any Questions?
If a group of KKK members want to love a beer at a pub they may do so pretty much anytime they desire. They could don their newly pressed robes and paint the town red. They were even granted the right to march pretty much everywhere. They can be protected under freedom of speech and freedom of expression. People might walk out in protest, they might stay and give them dirty looks and even a fight might break out. But click is permitted to serve them.
But what if a group of nudies need to do the same? Well there are a lot of states that have laws on the books that would prohibit a tavern from selling alcohol to nude folks. So to make things simple - the nudies would get arrested!
If this is truly the core values that we educate our kids in America then is it really such a surprise that they would be fast to act out violent urges? After https://s3.amazonaws.com/nudistpics/nude-on-beach.html , if the KKK is accepted and recognized by the authorities then why not - right?
Am I the only moron here that feels as though something has gone really wrong in the progression of our core American Values now?
